What is an industrial boiler?

  • The principle of fluidized bed combustion is the process where the fuel is put into the fluidized layer, encounters high temperature and spontaneously ignites.
  • The boiling layer is including: sand, limestone, slag moving up and down due to the wind blowing under the roof. The lower wind blowing in addition to forming a boiling layer also has the function of providing oxygen for the combustion process.

  • Fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber by a chain grate, and with the lower wind, the fuel will be ignited on the grate, releasing energy to the steam generator beams.
  • Chain grate boiler allows burning of fuels of large size and unequal size, allowing to burn each type of fuel individually or in combination.

With the principle of increasing pressure to generate heat, monitoring pressure and temperature is a basic requirement in boilers.
